Service Cancellation

Sprint does not offer the ability to cancel service online. Please contact Account Services by dialing *2 from your phone and say "cancel service" at the voice prompt.

Early Termination Fee

If you've entered into a one- or two-year contract and you choose to terminate or cancel your service before your contract ends, you will be charged an early termination fee of up to $200 per line unless otherwise eligible under the 30-day guarantee period. Learn more.
